On the 20th of September 2021, Wagga IT acquired local Riverina IT business, iRanga Tech. I know, what a very delayed blog post!
Firstly, before we babble on anymore, we should express our appreciation and gratitude to Danny Connoly. It’s not often we meet IT service providers with the same values and exceptional service as Danny had. When Danny decided that it was time to move on from iRanga Tech, we were over the moon to hear that he decided to choose Wagga IT to continue his legacy, to provide fast, friendly and reliable technical support to Wagga Wagga and The Riverina.
Two of our core values are accountability and honesty. With this in mind, we would like to sincerely apologise to the customers who have had to wait some time for us to get back to them. The influx of customers on a two-man team did create some lengthy delays early on, and we wholeheartedly own up to it. This just validates the work that Danny has conducted over the past 6 years.
On a positive note, the backlog has now subsided and we are back to normal operation once again!
